Giant fish, singing cucumbers and wildly popular tomatoes; this is the best way to describe this movie. It was one surprise after another. There were, however, some questions about the biblical accuracy of the movie. While I have not read the story of Jonah in some time, I am almost positive that God was not going to destroy the people because of their constantly hitting each other with fish. But then again, this movie was never intended to be a biblical commentary, but a wildly entertaining comedy.

Jonah: A Veggie Tale Movie is simply a fun story that emphasizes the importance of obeying God. It isn't watered down, and there is no question about the message that is being communicated. The fact that the movie takes a stand for God rather than making vague religious references is great.

I would highly recommend this movie to any Christian family. Not only did the story have a great moral that was clear, it also presented that moral in a way that the whole family could enjoy.

Game Premise: You work for the New York Mafia, and you've been sent to Miami with a simple mission: to check on the Mafia's interests there. Needless to say, when you get there, things are in pretty bad shape. So you do what any "company" spokesperson would do if he saw an area of his company falling apart-kill everyone involved. Of course, after you do this, you decide to start your own empire and spend the rest of the game building your power until the final showdown with the mobsters who sent you there in the first place.

Whether you have been a Christian all of your life and are sensitive to graphic violence or you have never set foot in a church and think you've seen it all, this game will expose you to images that will make you say, "I can't believe this is for kids!"

While the box clearly states that this game is not for children, it has sold record numbers of copies and has consistently broken video-game sales records in an economy where most companies are cutting back. That kind of popularity would not be possible with only adults purchasing this game.
