O.A.S.I.S. (Older Adults Still In Service)
The mission of the O.A.S.I.S. ministry is to communicate and demonstrate GOD’s LOVE to those in our church family and,
ultimately, to those in our community; and to meet the spiritual, emotional, and social needs of adults 55 and over.
The initiative behind O.A.S.I.S., its groups, and its activities is: “We exist to serve, not to be served; to give,
not to be given to."
Pastor’s Aide (PA) Ministry
We ensure that pulpit elements are in place for our pastors. We also plan, prepare, and serve our pastors
nutritious meals. During conventions, our services are available to our pastors’ guest speakers. We perform,
on an as needed basis, the duties of decorating, cooking, and serving meals for conventions, new members’
graduation ceremonies, concerts, weddings, and other events.
Performing Arts Dance Ministry
This volunteer ministry has a mission to usher in the presence of the Holy Spirit through dance, making a
visual mark that cannot be erased; empowering people to take their worship experience to another level.
The ministry serves during praise and worship services, conferences, special ministry, and outreach events.
Personal Finance Support Ministry
Our ministry teaches the basic Biblical financial principles and practical money management techniques with simplicity
and understanding so that individuals will become good stewards over the money that God has blessed them with.
Our goal is to inspire and ultimately equip the members of WCCI and the community with the knowledge and wisdom
from God’s Word regarding His plan of prosperity for their lives.
Prayer Room Counselors Ministry
The objective of this ministry is to minister "the born-again experience, recommitment, baptism of the Holy Spirit and the
WCCI vision" to candidates in the Prayer Room. After receiving ministry from a Prayer Room Counselor, the candidate
should be able to testify of the love of God that they experienced.
The Prison Ministry offers compassion, caring, and church services to inmates in correctional facilities throughout
the southeastern and southwestern United States. It offers group and individual counseling as well as encouragement
through written correspondence. In addition, WCCI donates books, CDs, and Bibles for the spiritual and mental
edification of the inmates.
S.E.L.A.H. – HIV/AIDS Support Ministry
S.E.L.A.H. (Serving Everyone Living with and Affected by HIV/AIDS) is a support ministry that educates, engages,
coordinates and organizes the volunteer efforts of WCCI members to meet the spiritual, physical and emotional needs
of people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS. These are people within our congregation, community, and unreached
nations of the world. We provide individualized support services, personal care, treatment referrals, and prevention
and education information. Our efforts assist in decreasing the number of new infections and the stigma, alienation,
and ostracism associated with this disease.
Sexual Orientation Support (SOS) Ministry
The SOS Ministry provides spiritual support for Christians who are challenged in their sexual orientation,
and desire to fulfill the whole will of God for their lives. This includes support for the families of those
in the homosexual lifestyle.
SHiFT College & Young Adult Ministry
SHiFT is the College & Young Adult Ministry for WCCI. Our mission is to
"Re-Present" God as "I Am." SHiFT removes all traces of religion
by showing young adults who God really is, not who the world says He is. If you are
interested in SHiFT-ing from a second-hand knowledge of just knowing "about" God, to a first-hand,
personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ, join us! SHiFT meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday
of the month from 7:30 - 9:00 p.m. Whether you are married, single, in college, or just trying to figure it out,
meet us for live music, games, group discussions, and so much more! Come and experience SHiFT.
The Singles Ministry is for men and women 31 to 54 years old. Our main goal is for singles to be complete
and whole in every area of their lives. Our motto is "Seeking God First" (Matthew 6:33). We emphasize the
importance of developing a personal relationship with the Lord while single. Our edifying fellowship,
fun-filled activities, and group interaction promote the building of quality relationships with others.
We also offer specialized seminars and workshops. Non-church — members are welcome to attend all of our events and activities.
Soul Winning Ministry
The Soul Winning Ministry has been commissioned to minister the gospel of Jesus Christ to the unbeliever and to
encourage the Believer. Our objective is for anointed men and women unified by the love of God to evangelize the world.
We meet people where they are in life regardless of their situations or circumstances. We go out into the community
each Saturday of the month impacting people’s lives by ministering with love and compassion, salvation, recommitment,
the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues, and the prayer of agreement.
Sunday Altar Prayer Counselors (SAPC) Ministry
The objective of this ministry is to provide one-on-one ministerial care during our Sunday morning services to
people who may be hurting or having challenges dealing with everyday life situations. Through prayer, we are a link
in the chain of faith with the Believers to ultimately receive the manifestation of what we agree upon and believe!
We are seeking members to become Altar Prayer Counselors. You must be able to effectively minister His love,
compassion, encouragement, and the Word through the Prayer of Agreement to our congregation before the message
is ministered. Please join this link that impacts our congregation by keeping the focus on the only true solution
to life’s problems—God’s Great Grace!
Sword and Shield - Military/Veteran's Support
This exciting ministry is poised to provide ministry, support and information to those members, partners, and friends
of WCCI who are currently on active duty in the U.S. military and those who are veterans of the armed services.
