of Taffi L. Dollar’s vision to create “music
that pierces the heart.” Arrow Records is a full-service record company
offering artist development, recording, production and promotional services, as
well as classes and seminars on a variety of music industry topics. Arrow Records
features such artists as Canton Jones, Jonathan Phillips and Kidz Faith 2, among

Minister Michael Orion Carter, Executive Administrator
The Executive Administrator, Michael Orion
Carter, assists Dr. Creflo A. Dollar by directing the day-to-day administrative
operations of World Changers Church International and Creflo Dollar Ministries.
The executive administrator supervises all operations of the church and serves as
a liaison to the executive senior staff and other support personnel. This leadership
position is responsible for directing and managing aspects of World Changers Church
International and Creflo Dollar Ministries operational functions, policies, objectives
and initiatives. The executive administrator oversees the CDM Director of Operations,
WCCI Director of Operations, WCCI Director of Volunteer Ministries and their respective
departments; as well as the Executive Office, Department of Church Administration,
World Changers Church – New York, Business and International Affairs, Department
of Education, Human Resources, Marketing and Advertising, Changing Your World Books
and Music, Retail Connect, Accounting and Payroll, Department of Music and Drama,
Creflo Dollar Ministerial Association and the Department of Publications.

World Changers Church International
Kurt Newton, Director of Operations
The director of operations of World Changers Church
International provides leadership and management to the Department of Operations
and staff to ensure designated objectives are met and are in line with set standards
and objectives of World Changers Church International. The director of operations
manages the following departments: the Operations, Security, Facilities and Maintenance,
Protection Team, State Troopers, the Department of Food Services, the Body Sculpting
Center, Storage Facility and the Department of Vehicle Management. It is the responsibility
of the director of operations to ensure the overall safety and security of the administration
and staff.

World Changers Church International
Minister Kenneth Terry, Director of Volunteer Ministries
WCCI’s goal is to meet the spiritual, emotional and physical needs of the people
we serve. The director of volunteer ministries manages a division that provides
a number of social services to members and others in the greater metropolitan Atlanta
area. The church also has additional ministry outreach programs. This division houses
the following: the Department of Member Care Services and Community Development,
the Department of Cell Group Development, the Children/Teen Ministry, the Parking
Lot Attendants, the Ushers/Greeters and the Campus Guides.
