WCCA believes that leaders aren't born; instead, they are developed through encouragement, godly examples, guidance and personal experiences. We teach our students how to be leaders in their classrooms, at home and in the community by allowing them to take charge of different activities, such as leading prayer, serving as tellers at our World Bank and assisting teachers in the classroom. We also encourage students to think "out of the box" and to follow the drumbeat God has purposefully placed within them.

The opportunities we provide our students help to develop the confidence they need to become leaders in every area of their lives. Students are taught teamwork, the importance of a positive attitude and relationship development. Through theses skills they learn to value the contributions each person brings to the table.

By esteeming character and molding the unique aspects of their personality, we are developing young men and women to walk in integrity and become leaders who are guaranteed to change the world!
