Application Fee A non-refundable $150 application/testing fee is due at the time of application. This fee covers the standardized placement exam which is required for admission to WCCA/US. Enrollment Fee Upon a student’s original acceptance and admission into WCCA/US, a non-refundable $225 fee is assessed for the processing of a student’s application and the establishment of academic records and files. The enrollment fee is due at the time of enrollment. Re-enrollment Fee All returning students pay a non-refundable $200 re-enrollment fee each year. A student is not deemed re-enrolled until the re-enrollment fee and the first tuition payment are received. The re-enrollment fee is due by March 1 of each year. This fee guarantees a student’s seat for the upcoming school year. Parents are responsible for uniforms and school supplies. *A 15% discount is granted for the lesser tuition cost of any additional sibling(s). This discount is granted only if siblings are enrolled simultaneously. *The After Care Program involves homework assistance, access to the computer lab, organized indoor/outdoor activities and snack. The After Care Program is held daily (M -F) from 3:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. (A minimum late fee of $10 is assessed for all late pick-ups.) The student handbook contains the late fee table used to assess all late pick-up fees. *All students are assessed an activity fee of $150 which must be paid on or before the first day of school. This fee covers field trips, a yearbook, and other enrichment activities throughout the year. *There is no prorating of tuition. The above-stated tuition cost remains true throughout the school year regardless of the time of enrollment. *There is no tuition discount provided for WCCI members or employees. Payment Options: One payment of the full tuition amount is due at the time of enrollment.
